The ceiling on grinding raw skill levels has gone down from 8 to 6. Anyone who ground raws 7-8 in anything has been charged the difference in XP they saved by grinding those (sorry to the few of you who did this). This means nobody is 'pre-nerf' or unfairly advantaged.
