Hi folks, and thanks for your participation on the new HellMOO website. So far getting things going has been a lot of fun! It would all be pointless without you, though, so thanks for showing up :)

It seems that everyone has a different opinion about what the HellMOO website should look like. Thanks to Dagon's efforts it is now possible to change the site's theme on an individual user basis if you are a registered user. Currently there are only three themes to choose from:

• HellMOO - the default theme, a hacked up version of the Aurora theme by Spunky
• Dagohell - a darker, harder-core version of the HellMOO theme by Dagon
• Twilight - Seraph's hacked up version of the Twilight theme

These themes all have their merits. I like the original HellMOO theme because I find it very readable and easy on the eyes. Lots of people like Dagohell because they find the feel of it more fitting to the nature of HellMOO. Seraph's Twilight theme offers a different color scheme and is very polished and classy. You can try them out by clicking on 'My Account', then selecting the 'Edit' tab and scrolling down to the theme selection section.

While these three themes are great, we'd like to have even more choices. If there are enough interested folks with the proper skills we may hold a contest and allow you to vote on which theme should be the site's default. The content management system we are using here is called Drupal, and there are details on creating new themes for it here: http://tips.webdesign10.com/how-to-make-a-drupal-theme We are hoping that at least a few HellMOOers will give it a try! We promise to reward you somehow if we do end up using your theme.
